An 84-point clinical evaluation, scored by hand on paper.
Therapists calculated scores manually across dozens of questions, wrote every report from scratch and kept patient records clinic by clinic with no central system. Errors were common, reports took 30+ minutes per patient, and the platform had to meet healthcare compliance requirements.
The whole evaluation workflow, from intake to a finished report.
We built a multi-clinic platform covering intake, scheduling, interactive assessments, automatic scoring, AI-generated clinical narratives and DOCX/PDF export — with token-based billing through Square and a seven-role permission system for healthcare teams.
