A fast-growing franchise with no single home online.
W.O.L.F. Gyms was opening locations across the US faster than its web presence could keep up. Each gym needed its own page with hours, prices and offers, HQ needed one brand across all of them, and every change meant a request to a developer.
One platform that every gym runs on.
We designed and built the whole thing: the public site, a mini-site template for each gym, a custom CMS with a live page builder, an AI chat assistant and an SEO blog. HQ and gym owners update content themselves; we keep it fast, secure and online.
Find your pack
The locator shows every gym on a Mapbox map, sorts them by distance from the visitor and filters by state. The home page remembers the closest gym and puts it one tap away. New locations appear on the map as soon as they are added in the admin.

A page builder the team actually uses
Pages are built from sections with a live preview on desktop, tablet and phone. Global sections like the menu and footer change the whole site at once, and each gym page is a copy of a shared template that owners adjust for their location. Drafts, publishing and SEO live on the same screen.
Inside the CMS
An AI assistant that knows every gym
The site chat answers questions about locations, hours, prices and amenities from a knowledge base that rebuilds itself from the CMS on a schedule. When the assistant can’t help, it hands the conversation to staff as a support ticket with the full transcript.
