EazyShop landing and store-floor screens on glass panels with groceries

EazyShop×WhyNotGlobal

EazyShop — everything after the click, one system

Our own commerce platform for grocery and wholesale: the shopper app, picking and packing on the floor, delivery, pickup and curbside, and an admin where the team runs catalog, pages, promotions and an AI assistant — one system from the first tap to the handover.

01Challenge

The click is the easy part.

Online grocery and wholesale stores run on a patchwork: one tool for the storefront, another for picking, a spreadsheet for substitutions, a separate app for pickup. Every handoff between them loses an order, a price or a customer’s patience.

02Solution

One system from the tap to the handover.

We grew EazyShop out of the platforms we build and run for wholesale and grocery clients. The shopper app, the floor team’s phones, delivery and curbside, and the owner’s admin all share one catalog, one order and one source of truth.

The shopper sees one tap

Home, an aisle, a recipe, a typo in search — then a slot and a choice of how to get it. Search forgives typos and reads barcodes, products carry full nutrition facts and ingredients, and returning customers start from what they bought last time.

Shopper app home: store, seasonal edits, categories and buy it again

The order lands on the floor

Orders are grouped into waves and picked in walking order, aisle by aisle. A scan checks every pick, sold-by-weight items are weighed at the shelf, and the team uses the phones they already know.

Delivered, collected or brought to the car

Delivery slots with live tracking, a pickup desk that sees customers coming, and curbside that knows which car and which parking spot — no app to install and no login for the shopper.

Curbside pickup: the shopper tells the store their arrival time and parking spot
Admin catalog: products and visibility across stores with filters
Every product, complete: visibility per store, filters for what is missing, import from the ERP.
Page builder: ready sections to add to a page
Page builder: product rail settings, scheduling per store and revisions
A new page by lunch: ready sections, live product rails, scheduling per store and a revision on every save.

Say it where they shop

Popups, bars and banners with triggers and targeting, discounts and coupons that stack by the store’s rules, and SMS and push for the customers who opted in.

Marketing: on-site blocks, discounts and coupons

Tell it. It’s done.

The owner’s own AI assistant builds pages, finds products and answers with live numbers through the same tools as the admin — and only with the permissions the owner grants and can revoke in seconds.

What we built

  • Storefront and search

Department and brand pages that rank; search that handles typos, part numbers and barcodes.

  • Trade accounts and pricing

Prices per branch, account and quantity; case units, purchase orders, pay on terms.

  • Picking, scan and weigh

Waves in walking order, scan checks, weighing at the shelf, substitutions with a deadline.

  • Delivery, pickup, curbside

Slots, live tracking with proof of delivery, a pickup desk and curbside by car and spot.

  • Admin and page builder

Catalog, pages, promotions and messaging with revisions and scheduling per store.

  • Integrations and AI

Reads the ERP and tills, emits events, and gives AI agents scoped access through MCP.
