EazyTask board and mobile app with task cards lifting off the board

EazyTask×WhyNotGlobal

EazyTask — the task tracker teams don’t hate

Our own work hub: a service desk, project boards, task chat with live translation, a wiki edited together, a shared calendar with Google Meet, and native iOS and Android apps — plus an API and MCP so AI agents take tasks like teammates.

01Challenge

Work lived in five tools and nobody opened them.

Requests came by email and chat, tasks sat in a tracker, docs in another app, meetings in a calendar — and international teams read each other through a translator tab. Every handoff lost context.

02Solution

One place where a request becomes done.

EazyTask follows one task from the first message to Done: a service desk queue, a board, a discussion in everyone’s own language, a wiki page, a meeting and a tap on the phone — all live, all in one product.

EazyTask landing — Everyone hates task trackers. Not this one.
The product site we designed and built for EazyTask.

A customer writes in

Email, a branded portal, Telegram or a form on the client’s own site — every request lands in the project’s service desk with its SLA clock running. The team replies to the customer or leaves an internal note, and the ticket is linked to the task that fixes it.

App: service desk ticket with the customer conversation and its linked task

It becomes the team’s task

Every request is a card on the project board: a key anyone can link to, an owner, a priority, and flags for work that sits idle or waits on the client. Everyone sees cards move live, without a refresh.

App: project board with priorities, idle and waiting flags

Everyone talks in their own language

The discussion lives on the task. Each person reads it in their own language, with the original one tap away — so a team split across countries works as one.

Task discussion translated into each reader’s language

The answer gets written down

Each project has a wiki edited together live, with every version kept. Ask the wiki a question in plain words and the answer comes only from its own pages, with links to the ones it used.

App: project wiki with page tree and Ask the wiki panel
Service desk queue: email, portal, Telegram and site forms in one place
App: project analytics — status, priority and completion time
One queue for every channel, and analytics for each project.

And close it from anywhere

Native iOS and Android apps carry the dashboard, tasks, chat and the wiki: comment, change a status and read the thread in your language on the go, with push notifications when something needs you.
